Everything Bagel Stuffing

This stuffing is everything!

Now I am a traditional girl, especially when it comes to holiday menu items. But…every now and again…along comes a recipe that pushes me outside of my set side dishes! (And, let’s be honest—when bacon is on the ingredient list, it’s hard to resist!) So give this new stuffing a try—I bet you’ll love it!

Everything Bagel Stuffing
3-4 Everything bagels
Red onion
1 Tbsp. butter
12 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
3 cups chicken broth
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
½ cup chopped parsley

Slice the bagels into cubes and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring the pieces once. Chop the red onion and sauté in butter. In a large bowl, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, 2 eggs, and salt and pepper. Whisk together and add in the toasted bagel pieces, chopped bacon, sautéed onion, and ½ cup of chopped parsley. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes, and then transfer to a greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees, and serve hot!
